I had a big crack on my windshield bigger than a quarter actually and I gave a call to Star Windshield. They were very prompt in their response and showed up to my house on time. The guy was very professional and most of all honest. He saw that the crack fix won't make it and recommended changing it. Yes, they didn't do any repair on my vehicle, but I want to give them credit for showing up on time, answering the phone / texts in timely manner and being honest.
After a rock hit my windshield on the way to work (directly in my line of sight), I called Gabe for help. He is always so polite and professional. He let me know someone would be on the way within the hour. His tech showed up ahead of schedule and promptly took care of it. The repair is perfect, and I can't even tell where the damage originally was. I am a happy customer from beginning to end. Thanks again, Gabe!
